Description[]
Winter Howl is an advanced ice technique that allows the user to unleash a freezing gust of wind, freezing and/or paralyzing his opponent.
To apply this technique, the user must use Wind to cool down the surrounding humidity in the air, and condense it into thousands of small ice particles which are then sent in the direction of the enemy by punching in the direction of the enemy. The attack makes a howling sound as it's unleashed, and thus it's name.
The technique is capable of freezing the opponent in place, and at worst cases, killing him. Besides the cold, the ice crystals can cut the receiver and cause severe damage if they are breathed in.
Notably, this technique does not use the liquid water found within the vicinity of the user, but rather, the humidity in the air. For this, it's used as the basis for more advanced Ice techniques, such as [REDACTED].
