The War of the Draco Sucession, also known as Bowein's War, was a civil military conflict in the Draco Kingdom.
The end of House [REDACTED] resulted in several Dracolords taking up arms to seize the throne through different claims.
The war was eventually ended when the first Dragon Rider Bowein I Aldrake, a commoner and adopted son of lord [REDACTED] Aldrake, defeated a coalition of Dracolords and Dragon Hunters. This resulted in his coronation as the first Dragon King and the beginning of the Aldrake Dynasty.

Aftermath[]
Bowein's crowning and his further political and cultural reforms resulted in a massive shift in the Kingdom.
The banning of Dragon hunting and spreading of the knowledge of Dragon riding eventually made the Dracos the most powerful of the six nations in Uthopos, one that was even capable of battling all nations at once.
House Vornm of Sand Spring was the most powerful of the Draco Noble Houses that didn't bend the knee to Bowein. Relying on the desert and choosing where and how to fight, despite many wars, House Aldrake and their Dragon Riders were never capable of fully defeating them.
