«Moo Moo Cheesecake» was a food-buff item served at the «Moo Moo Milk» establishment on the 2nd Floor of Aincrad, in the town of Urbus, in «Sword Art Online».[1]
This dish, which resembled Italian ras malai, became an early favourite of gourmet Airi Natsume.[2] It likewise saw extensive use by numerous members of the «Brightscale» guild, which included Airi and Kenji.[3]

Kenji has described «Moo Moo Cheesecake» as "a rich cheesecake without a crust".[1]
Buff[]
What makes the «Moo Moo Cheesecake» special is the buff it grants. Consumption of a single full serving grants a 24-hour enhancement to one's chances of inflicting DoT effects.[1] Additionally, a take-away variant exists, though its duration is markedly lower. Regardless, this allows one to reapply the buff when questing outside town.[3] The buff extends to weapons with a DoT attribute as well as Sword Skills possessing such a trait, an example being Airi's «Dire Wolf Claws».[4]

- Before obtaining the sword-skill «Leaver» this buff did nothing for Kenji because he didn't have any DoT attacks.[1] He later claimed «Leaver» was actually reliable when enhanced by the buff.[3]
