Pressure Slash is an Elemental Control technique .
Description[]
Based upon real-life principles, the Pressure Slash creates a highly-pressurized blade of water, wind, or ice. Using this technique, a skilled user can slice through steel and fabrics with ease.
By creating a high-pressure jet of water or wind between her hands, can add another layer of danger to her hand-to-hand combat. By creating fine ice particles within the water jet, this technique can be enhanced with an even sharper blade.
The user can also choose choose to keep the blade restrained between her hands, or she can release it as a projectile. When acting as a projectile, the Pressure Slash loses power the further it travels, eventually dissipating into nothing but a faint breeze and/or a splash of water. Currently, the Pressure Slash's effective range is roughly 5 meters (around 16 feet).
To activate the technique, the user needs to align his hands at a perfect 180-degree angle; even being a fraction of a degree off will not activate the technique.

- This technique is based on real-life water-based pressure cutters. The Ice variant is specifically based on the CryoJet cutting mechanism.
