Isamu Hirose is an Armored Nexus Online Player employed by the Legionnaire Law Enforcement Private Military Corps as the Anti-Nanotech Force (ANF) Squad captain and a hireable field operative. Due to his position, Isamu regularly contacts Ikumi Ito and her employer Oscar Erde, as well as several other leading Nanotechnology users in Armored Nexus. Ayame Oharu is one of his ANF Squad subordinates.

For her job, Isamu wears a bluish-white dress shirt, a black blazer with his company's logo as a pin on his collar, a navy blue necktie, black slacks, and dark dress shoes. His casual consists of his bluish-white dress shirt, black jeans, navy blue boots, and a black parka with a fur-lined hood.
In-Game
In game, Isamu wears a slightly modified LLE Corps uniform: a collared white dress shirt with a black tie; a heavy navy blue jacket with the Corps' logo on the left arm and a padded collar; an armored chestplate and backplate, knee pads, and bracers; a utility belt running along his waist with several utility pouches; padded, white gloves; dark grey pants; and ankle-high laced boots. A holster behind his waist holds a pistol for unarmored engagements. As a squad captain with LLE, Isamu wears a badge on his jacket's left upper arm to denote his ranking.
Personality
Isamu is gruff, serious, passionate, and caring. He is a man of conviction, citing up his ideals of justice and peace as his main goal for fighting. Though he may enforce the rules of whatever organization he works for, he's known for disobeying orders if they don't align with his beliefs. He can be aggressive and overzealous in his work, but everyone knows he means well and gets the job done in the end. Isamu is very careful with his subordinates, doing everything in his power to ensure none of them are sacrificed solely for the sake of a plan or die when he could have saved them. He will never willingly risk the safety of his squad members, even if he is ordered to leave them behind. While certainly effective, Isamu's disobedient and aggressive temperament proves to be quite problematic, as noted by many higher-ranking LLE members; most claim this attitude is the reason he hasn't been promoted to a higher position with this organization, though some speculate Isamu prefers his current role as captain of the ANF Squad. During downtime, Isamu often spends time getting to know his squadmates/fellow workers, relaxing and talking to them casually to show he's friendly and approachable despite his rank.
Background
Isamu grew up living a relatively normal life. His father is a salaryman, while his mother worked at home with a publishing agency to translate foreign texts into Japanese. He spent a lot of time building Gunpla and watching Tokusatsu growing up, though those hobbies fell to the side when he entered a high school that proved to be tougher than he expected. He spent more time studying, and graduated school among the top-ranking students in his grade. While in school, he began working part-time at the hotel Ayame's parents owned. Once he finished school, Isamu began working full-time, content with the pay and work while now having the time to finally return to building Gunpla. He noticed Ayame's interest in Gunpla, helping her and her friend with tips from an older, more experienced builder. In turn, they introduced him to Armored Nexus Online.

Isamu's skills as both a builder and fighter are incredible. His Lupus Legionnaire armor is based on the AGE-1 Gundam and Kamen Rider Vulcan, giving him incredible modularity and incredible long-range capabilities. Thanks to this, Isamu can engage enemies from all ranges with a wide variety of equipment, though he prefers hitting enemies with a barrage of projectiles. He has a unique form of "gun-fu" where he equips firearms built into external armor add-ons and adds a barrage of bullets to every punch or kick he throws. The armor can be purged at any time if ammunition runs dry, or he can return to an outpost to refill the ammo; he can also swap armor at outposts as well.
