Huizhong has long violet hair she has tied up in a bun held by two chopsticks of red and gold designs, and has distinctive red eyes. She wears an outfit of her own design and make, in a large departure of her previous uniform as a member of the Draco Royal Guard. While Huizhong has many different outfits she cycles between, her primary uniform which is her most recognizable outfit consists of a traditional dark red Chinese cheongsam with a black and gold Chinese dragon design embroidered across it. Over this she wears a long black cloak embroidered with a white and gold plant design across its entire length and width. She always carries with her a traditional Chinese oil-paper umbrella with a Yin-Yang design. This umbrella is actually Huizhong's weapon, [REDACTED].

Huizhong was always an enigmatic figure in Draco society. Her past is shrouded in secrecy, though it's known she was born to a very poor family near the outskirts of the kingdom. Despite her humble upbringing, it was noted that she had a very high affinity for Illusion Aera arts from a very young age, stemming from extremely vivid dreams that she would have every night. Seeing this as a premonition, her parents set her out to find a better life, and Huizhong would eventually be found by a wandering Knight named [READACTED] who, after witnessing her easily dispatch a group of bandits in combat, decided to take her under his wing, both out of kindness seeing a young girl alone fending for herself in the world and for the potential he saw in her.
Living as a servant of House [REDACTED] under the tutelage of [REDACTED], Huizhong proved herself as an adept combatant, able to end many conflicts without even drawing her weapon through her extremely powerful and vivid illusions. It was during this time that she also came to tame her very own Dragon, becoming a Dragon Rider. Huizhong's promise was noted by Lord [REDACTED] who offered Huizhong to the Dragon King as a gift, where she further excelled and became a member of the Draco Royal Guard.
Huizhong was present during Heleanne's Rebellion, where she would defend the Dragon Prince, Kiryu Sanada, along with her partner Emil Arlett. While Emil stayed back to personally hold off one of Heleanne's Dragon Riders, Huizhong along with her Dragon escaped the kingdom and managed to evade pursuit.
She now works alongside the Dragon Prince and Emil along with a small party of remaining loyalists as a primary member of the Retainers of the Throne.

Huizhong is quiet and calm by nature, though her humble and reserved demeanor belies a sharp wit and fearsome cunning. Seeking to find the balance in all things, Huizhong looks inward to find answers. She is always willing to offer wisdom to those who seek it, and she will often take an indirect approach in counseling those who need it, though on occasion she can be quite blunt if the need arises. Kiryu himself notes that while Emil is the primary protector of their group, Huizhong is the one who truly holds them all together, acting as a sort of motherly figure and a constant source of calm and wisdom for their band of Outlaws. She very much enjoys designing and creating clothes of all kinds, creating outfits for every occasion and for every member of the Retainers of the Throne, though she becomes slightly dismayed when Kiryu and Emil insist on only having a few sets of mostly consistent clothes.
