Traits

The Aldrakes would be classified in the group of "mountain Dracos", meaning they tend to be fair skinned, with their eyes typically emerald green or deep brown. Their hair is typically black or red, or ocationally black and red.

Lore and Background

The Aldrakes are among the oldest and proudest families of the Dracos.

The exact beginnings are unknown, though according to legend, they were once petty kings during the first ages before being defeated and subjugated by House [REDACTED], who afterward became the royal house of the Dracos.

After the death of [REDACTED] and the death of his heirs, a succession crisis began as several dracolords claimed the title of king. The crisis eventually became a civil war, a conflict afterward known as the Draco War of Sucession.

The war lasted for several years, until Bowein the Dragonrider, an adopted son of the then Lord Aldrake, defeated his adversaries and became House Aldrake became the new royal family of the Dracos. However, Bowein changed the title from Draco King to Dragon King.

Several centuries after, the Aldrakes were deposed during the reign of [REDACTED] by Heleanne Albion, beginning a new dynasty.

The last remnent of House Aldrake is his son, prince Aureus Aldrake who has been declared an outlaw by Heleanne.
