Blitzpfeil is an Elemental Augmentation Lightning Technique in Endless Utopia Online. Its only current user in the present day is the former Draco Royal Guard and Dragonslayer, Emil Arlett.
Overview[]
Blitzpfeil is a unique Dragon hunting technique developed with the specific purpose of hunting Dragons, effective at bringing a Dragon out of the sky as well as causing effective damage to its scales. The technique conjures a bow of lightning within the user's hand, with which one is able to fire powerful and rapid bolts of lightning to attack a target at range. The use of Lightning was chosen due to its speed and piercing power, allowing it to be especially effective at damaging the scales of a Dragon, opening them up for more devastating strikes.
The ability is even more effective against softer targets, with the speed and piercing power of the bolts it fires being extremely difficult to dodge and block. Further, the extremely rapid rate at which the bolts can be fired can effectively saturate a single target or spread out damage over a wide area.
