Amphibian allows the user to adapt to underwater environments. The main effect of this technique is that the user manifests gills on their neck and/or their chest, while at the same time maintaining their regular gaseous breathing, and therefore, the user cannot drown. In addition to this, the user can also manifest feet, fingers, or/and toes with webbed features, present in a variety of vertebrates to aid in locomotion.
