Filler Series Summary:
Sword Art Online: Noboro takes place after the Phantom Bullet Arc and is set in the virtual reality role-playing game world of Heroes Online. Players can choose superpowers and become either Heroes or Villains in the city of Noboro. The protagonist, Kirito, known as DarkEdge in the game, possesses incredible speed and agility. The main antagonist is Noa, a former hero and the leader of the group called Primal X. Noa has the power to create, control, and transform into darkness, as well as nullify anyone's power by touching them.
Kirito is joined by his allies, each with their own unique powers. Asuna, known as Seraphic Healer, has the power to heal herself and others and can move in a blink of an eye over short distances. Klein, known as Strategist Blade, has extraordinary sword-fighting skills and the ability to quickly analyze the battlefield. Leafa, known as Aerial Verdant, can fly and manipulate plants. Kyo, known as The Engineer, can create armor from metal and magnetize it.
Throughout the filler series, Kirito and his allies must confront Noa and Primal X, battling them and trying to save their brainwashed friends. The story explores the themes of power, redemption, and the line between heroism and villainy.
